So, Randy Moss is accused of battery, and claims instead that if the law provided for 'accidents' it would be more accurate. Of course, he's getting (however obliquely) at the defense to battery - inadvertent contact. Who else thinks there's more (and less) to this story than the slant ESPN is putting?
