Shattenkirk will be fine. He needs a stay at home defenseman like Graves or Bereglazov to cover up some of his stupidity. Bottom line was they had to fix the PP. The PP is good. The rest of the team freakin sucks. Starting with the coach.

I read Bereglazov is exploring his opt out clause to head back to Russia. So he may be gone soon.

IMO, they need to bring him up and play him. Freakin deal Holden already. Not sure what the NHL rules are about dealing Smith. If you sign a player, I'm not sure if there is any rule as to if you can deal him right away.

Yeah, why the F Holden is still on this team is an absolute mystery to me. I get why Staal is still here, got to see it through this season, but please get Holden out of here and play a kid if we are going to suck anyway and be a disaster in our own zone.

I'll also add it may be time to move Kreider unless his value is down to pennies on the dollar, which I doubt it is. Move Kreider for a C. That would be much better balance for this team. We are pretty deep and solid on the wing, so moving a winger like Kreider for a legit top 9 C would be a smart move.

Losing Kreider is not a big deal. Honestly, Zucc refuses to shoot the puck now. He needs to be scratched to send a message. You don't shoot, you don't play.
