Getting into the dog days of the hockey season here but a nice test tonight, even though Toewes is out. A lot of injuries for the Rangers so this won't be an easy game. Raanta in net as indicated in dump's thread. Interesting considering he started last night's game as well.

Overpassing or holding the puck way too long. Your undermanned, get the puck to the net.

this is the only team that misses 2 on 0 on breakaway. Too many fringe players with stone hands that this organization produces year after year. Good hardworking players without any hands.

Right now the offense is slightly more exciting than mold accumulating on a bar of cheese.

this game is nothing but boring. At least the first two periods. The third has been meh. On road, I will take at least a point.

Huge win in Chicago. I would've been happy with a point so thrilled with the game winner in OT.

I bet the prince is playing on Sunday. Mr. 8 million dollars is riding the bench now.

That was one of the better goaltending duels I've seen. The big L might have a tough time getting back in there. Ride Raanta for now.

Terrific game. This is how hockey should be played. Raanta is solid.

Off to the Knickerbockers, time to get Agita.

Knicks win on the road against a weak Sacramento team. Lillie may well be their "good luck"
charm!

But.........I rather watch the New York team on skates!

Yeah Cage, it wasn't pretty but a win is a win.

This game was playoff type hockey. Fast and Lindberg played one helluva game.................
too bad they couldn't score. If the coach gives them more ice time, they will score.
Both goalies were superb. :smiley-sunce:

Lindberg had his best game of the year last night, great to see. I think a large part of it was the line he was on and the type of style they play. Hrivik-Lindberg-Fast is a perfect fourth line. Lots of strong board play, lots of tight defensive positioning, and lots of annoying forechecking that leads to scoring chances. At least for this year he isn't going to have the legs to play with the top 9 wingers we have that generate chances mostly through speed and the transition game. If he can keep up games like that he should have a stranglehold on the 4C spot.
