Good effort. Way to bounce back after that Flames game. Now have won 7 of 8 and are really playing well.

With that said, last night should have been a great night for us. CBJ only got 1 point. The Caps got 0 points. The Flyers only got 1 point. We 99% locked up worst case 3rd in the Met, and now are 3 up on Philly for 2nd in the Met and home ice round 1. All awesome stuff.

BUT the potential McDonagh injury puts a huge damper on that...just does. Until we get the scoop today it will not be a good day. It is a shame because we should feel great today as home ice, and a great spot in the playoffs, are right there now. Really is a shame. Let's pray for good news on McDonagh. If he misses the Flyers series we are toast IMO.

You are most likely right Al, but we'll see. If it is a bigger injury we'll have an idea though. We know the deal with Kreider. Maybe we don't know exactly, but we have a good idea what his deal is, and that best case he is back sometime in round 1. I am sure if it is a big deal we'll hear the same on McDonagh.
