Rate the Last Movie You Saw

Notorious - 8/10...did a very good job of telling his story and you get a look on his rise to the top (and the chick who played Faith was f'n H-O-T!!!)

Punisher: Warzone - 7.5/10...Marvel is doin great things with thier own studio and to push this under the new grittier flagship of "Marvel Knights" making a mature spin on the characters that don't need to be dumbed down for family viewing. You can definitley see the difference when the action starts...bloody and gory head shots!

Twilight - 7.5/10...Always liked vampire movies and had a good story, last scene could have been more action oriented. But with the introduction and building up of the main characters out of the way I'm sure the sequel will pick up the pace. I'll be waiting to check out the next one

5/10-6/10: Okay, might watch again, might not.
7/10-7.5/10: Pretty dang good.
8/10-8.5/10: Real good, wouldnt mind owning it.
9/10-9.5/10: One of the best I have seen. Would love to own it.
10/10: Perfect, not sure if they will ever make a better movie. If I ever rated a movie this high, and then watched one better, it would fall to a 9/10.

Gran Torino -- 10/10 -- Fantastic movie.

Taken -- 8/10 -- borrows a lot from the Bourne series in terms of pacing and chopping, as well as the locale and the gunplay/fisticuffs, but does so with a high level of professionalism. None of the characters are compelling but Liam Neeson chews up every scene. Very much worth a look.

Appaloosa -- 7/10 -- forgettable; Jeremy Irons can't do an American accent to save his life, and Renee Zellweger is distracting. Poor casting by Harris.

The Dark Knight: 7.5/10
I gave this movie a higher rating earlier. The only thing that makes this movie good for me was Heath Ledgers performance as The Joker. With out him this movie would be lower than that. I think alot of people are letting Heath Ledgers performance blind them to the fact that overall this movie is just a good movie and not a great movie.

Body of Lies, 1/10
I didn't watch more than 30 minutes of it. It was nothing but stereotypes. The movie brainwashes people into thinking this is the reason why innocent Phalestiny people are being bombed every day. I expected more from Leo, but Ridley Scott has ulterior motives to make Muslims look bad. I highly recommend this movie to The Black Mamba.
