Nice work, I like the bg and the text is good. Could maybe use a little more detail, but it's still good.
 
It's boring and the background is 'eh'...the text is nice though.
 
Nice grunge, a grunge would look pretty cool in the background. Interesting font.text
 
You should add some light to his face,besides that it's pretty solid.
