I’m guessing she’s enjoying her remaining years right now. Some people enjoy retirement while others, especially with jobs they believe have purpose, enjoy working more.

A man I knew retired from construction work at age 94. A couple months later he said he made a mistake. Then this previously healthy as an ox guy had 3 heart attacks in two years and passed away last year at 97.

All SC judges who follow the original intentions of The Constitution and it's Amendments deserve to be on SCOTUS.

Anyone who attempts to apply their own "Modern interpretation" is violating their oath, and should step down or be impeached.

The Amendment process is the only legitimate approach to "modernize" The Constitution, and it works quite well.
