Bought the Reach Xbox bundle. HAd my cousin who works at Wal Mart and gets 10% off get it. That made it $360, then I can sell Reach for over $50 on Ebay. Then I figure I can piece together my refurbished xbox with the hard drive with some games, on craigslist and get another $100 out of it, from what they are going on ebay for.

So its as simple as buying a 4g Next Gen 360 and just swapping the hard drives?
Or do I have to buy the 250g Next Gen 360 and the data transfer cable in order to get the data off the old hard drive onto the new 360?

Oh, you're talking about the smaller ones? I'm not sure.

I bought the Elite and put my old harddrive from the original 360 into the slot and it fit perfectly. I don't know if it will be the same for the slim 360's.

The Slim uses a different hard drive than the previous models. You would have to use the data transfer thing or a thumbdrive to transfer your stuff.

$125 and actually sold by amazon, so i'm not scared of getting ripped off. There are a couple of good looking games that i was interested in and Zelda is always good.

The one i got doesn't have that or Wii sports. It's all good though, don't think i'll be having kids for the next couple of years.
