I ask this because of a few reasons.

1 Nate likely is gone. We will have a new coach.

2. Oden might not be back. That's 50/50.

3. Andre miller is iffy to return.

4. Pryz will be gone.

5. Camby is in same boat as miller.

I guess what I'm saying is, this team might not be making a playoff run for quite a long time after this season. The blazers will look vastly different. New pg, center, bench and coach with LA being face of franchise. I think this is the last run for this group other then Wes, Roy, LA, Batum, Cunningham, Rudy. Holy shit we are thin!!!

Yes, it is the end of the long-lived Andre Miller/Marcus Camby era. It almost won't feel like the Portland Trailblazers, considering all the years that they've been associated with the franchise.

To be perfectly honest, most of the main recognizable "KP" pieces will still be around. Aldridge, Roy, Batum, Rudy. And perhaps Oden. I think he's more likely to be back than not, but I could see him being let go.

Rudy, it may be time for you to make the clean break you've been looking for.

I sure hope it's an end of Portland's "Hospital Era" and moves on to the "Relatively Healthy Era".

The answer is clearly Yes. I think we all saw the handwriting on the wall after Oberto retired. The Blazers we knew and loved just won't be with this team next year. This team is destined for contraction.

Maxie it may be time for you to realize you aren't a shrink

Oh c'mon people. Not one person made an "end of an error" joke? I'm disappointed.

Rather than "the end of an era," I prefer to think of it as "The start of an era."

Specifically, the "LaMarcus Aldridge is a Bad Mutha Fucka" era.

In the past we've hitched our wagon to Clyde, then Rasheed, then Zach, then Roy. Each one of those moves represents a different era in Blazer basketball, more than any coach or other personnel change.

This is the year we hitched it up to LaMarcus Aldridge. And I honestly think he's turning out to be the hitch we've had since Bill Walton.

Isn't LA scheduled to blow out his knee next season though?

It may be time for you to realize you're completely transparent. C'mon, Rudy, let's make it all about you. You matter. You really do.

Frank Burns has a point (and minstrel touched on it). This long era of Marcus Camby lead, Andre Miller driven Portland Trail Blazer basketball might be coming to an end. Or some other pointless comment.
