THEN instead of allowing us to use a medical waiver decided to sign with a division rival, forcing us to amnesty him and negatively affecting our team for a few years cause his salary was on the books. We won squat with him, so ya, I'd probably rather have Foy who's salary could have been dumped and moved on.
