True, although Garland is a risky pick. I'm not as high on Reddish as you are.
Reddish in the right situation could flourish. His skill-level is high. I think he has the 4th most star potential behind Morant, Zion, and Hunter.

His athleticism and decision making holds him back I think. Not very physical either.

I think he can be starter on a good team though if he finds the right situation and buys into his role.

I know he's got the talent, it just worries me when the potential doesn't translate to being productive on the court.

I just know that Garland can shoot the three very well and is average at everything else. The Lakers need floor spacing. I don't see him as a risk just a guy who might be able to do other things besides shooting the three but will always have the three ball.

Oh he's got a ton of skill. The risk was from him missing last season with an injury, not on the court.

Sometimes the risk is worth it

I think he'll bulk up. Should be a Khris Middleton type offensively, potentially better.

What do I know though, I'm one of the 1% that isn't on the Zion hype train. He's gonna be a solid player and should go #1, especially since he'll keep fans interested in New Orleans after they trade Davis, but I'm on record as saying he won't ever be an MVP type level or top-10 type player in the NBA. Probably stupid I know.
