The Minnesota Timberwolves are entertaining offers for the 49th pick if anyone is interested while we wait for Sarni.

I know that. I was hoping to get some info on what he liked about him. :)
I like him even after watching more tape on him. He has great foot work around the basket and can stretch the floor. Decent rim protector. I think why he down so far in mock drafts and some don't have him even top 60. He started at Memphis and transfer to Kansas plus he a junior. Most teams like upside but with Lawson he might be ready at the start who ever draft him. I kind hope Olshey brings him in for workout.

The 49th pick belongs to the Minnesota Timberwolves for their first draft action (@hoopsjock).

I will entertain trade offers for a few minutes before picking.

With the 49th pick in the 2019 Rip City Two NBA Draft, the Minnesota Timberwolves select DaQuan Jeffries, Tulsa.

Pick #50 Indiana Pacers select Yovel Zoosman from Israel.

New Orleans is going to bring in 6 rookies for whatever reason... haha.
I forgot to log the other trade he made this afternoon where he got the 60th pick too. So it's 7 draft picks for New Orleans.

Plus Booker, Jackson, Okobo, Okafor, Wiggins, Dieng, Diallo? I guess he has room. Lol. That team winning 15 games next year.

He better hope they are better than that with all the future picks he gave up. That would mean he gave up the 31st pick next year for the 60th pick this year.

LOL. How likely is it that whoever he'll get with the 60th pick wouldve went undrafted and he couldve signed? Lmao.

He has also gone out of his way to surround Zion with terrible players (and Devin Booker, who is merely overpaid and overrated, but definitely not terrible).

I just now noticed this, and only because I have the Pellies in another one of these exercises elsewhere (the one where hoopsjock found me).

The Hornets select Jaylen Hoard from Wake Forest University. That's a prospect for the next 2-3 years.

If the idea is full rebuild and be bad until a few of those guys mature or a couple of guys, "pop", I think his strategy is interesting. I think the perception is this isn't the draft to do that though.
