Yeah, and all you have to do is barely upgrade the team to be a winner. And Kawhi might leave Toronto which was the only team that could knock off Milwaukee... and you want to blow it up...

I get that this is supposed to fun first, I wish people would be at least 25% realistic. No, I'm not trading Dame for Giannis...

You are taking this too serious. And when i say this im talking about my public comments, not the game. Yes i would trade giannis... for the right package. But like i just told rr7 it would take half his roster.
Id prefer to upgrade by getting a cj if you recall me messaging you about.

Im fielding the offers on a couple potential paths so far. Nothing more.
However if i was offered dame and collins, i would be interested and look harder into it.

Still looking to wheel and deal.

Nuggets considered putting Jokic on the market earlier, but even with news of Giannis in the market, Jokic has been taken out of consideration for being traded.

Craig for a future 1st to Houston?

This is my proposal, not a completed trade. Probably made a mistake somewhere but something like this. Multiple players would have to become guaranteed. I just wanted to see if I could make it work with the PPP because I like the challenge:

wow, Never Change... :)

Sources say Utah might have found a new PF, and are likely moving on from Favors. They're ok with keeping him around as backup 4/5, but are otherwise looking for expiring and young pieces in return.

@hoopsjock I know you said Draft is TBD but any idea on a guess? Draft still won't be the new league year so people can still do trades of players during draft (but I guess that might be a lot of work for you).

It will probably be next week sometime. I wanted to see today who all was going to withdraw their names.

What works best for everyone? If we start it early next week we can have a ton of time between picks so that everyone can participate in different time zones but it can be a casual type thing. Or we can do a hardcore one day draft where you need to show up or at the very least give me a list of your draft board.

Either way works for me. I kind of want everyone to be able to make their picks this year.

I am good with stretching it out. Within reason of course. I think it would be better to start sooner rather then later (like Friday night even) so that you could give everyone a lot of time. But I would give them a time-slot that way if they can't make their time slot they know they need to give you like 3 names to autodraft from. If (for example) you gave everyone a 3 hour window and had a break between midnight and 6 AM then you would have 5 full days of drafting for the 1st round. Then 2nd round window would only be 2 hours (once again, just as an example).

Yes, so some people would have their picks in within 10 minutes but still have the 3 hours and allow the other time for normal trades. That way you don't have to bump up people's timeslots after handing them out.

Since it fizzled out after the draft last year I'm going to let everyone know what decisions they need to make before free agency over the next few days.

SO..... Question....

Why doesn't this run all year long? I understand getting busy with the real season. Why doesn't it pick up next year, and people have the same teams/players? Too many deserters??? True assessments could be made after the upcoming season is over.

That would add TONS more value and realism to future picks. Injuries. Jail time spent....
