SO..... Question....

Why doesn't this run all year long? I understand getting busy with the real season. Why doesn't it pick up next year, and people have the same teams/players? Too many deserters??? True assessments could be made after the upcoming season is over.
I wouldn't mind doing that but people really lost interest after the draft last year.

Honestly, I can't imagine the time you put into this, as it is. Thank you much! It's been fun, and I'm actually learning quite a bit about a ton of the Eastern players.

So, why not put it on pause right after the draft, and pick it up again after we win The Championship this coming year?

Not to mention Phoenix getting their own pick in the trade

And Pelicans taking on Mozgov for $16 mill...nah
I meant 6th pick to NOP. I like challenging myself mathematically.

And its a 16M expiring.

The best thing would be to have a 2k simulation concurrent with the actual NBA season and you can make moves at the trade deadline and stuff like that.

I was thinking faster than the actual season and update standings and team situation once a weak in 2K-time (which could be every 2 to 3 days).

How long do simulations take? My kid has a PS3, and could donate time to help running them.

(I've been out of it for awhile- my most current stuff is about 10 PS1's (a couple modded), and NBA Live 2000.... Lol

Nah Id do it. I have a full, real 2019 draft class I made and run simulations all the time.

Memphis is still looking to deal.

We have plenty of different sizes of expiring contracts.

Chandler Parsons
Ryan Anderson
CJ Miles
Avery Bradley

I'm also looking to deal Dion Waiters and have an $8 million trade exception I'm willing to use to take on salary.

I'm willing to include the #13 pick in deals if the package coming back is intriguing enough.

Let's talk!

I'll trade you Mike Conley, for everything listed above....

I think you run something like fansty type run thru the season due to majority of the FA agents won't be on the teams that we pick up. Make up points system and added to each player like points rebounds assist block shots be plus points and turnovers will be minus and who ever team has the most points will win the championship at the end. You can trade at deadlines just like the real season that why you keep everyone interested through out the season. But it might be to much work to set something like that but just idea. It might be help stop these unrealistic trades I seen on here.

2K sim is better and more fun. This isnt fantasy basketball.

And with that, the Pistons have traded every single player on the roster other than Blake Griffin, and traded out of the draft; we're done until free agency!

Casual fans might not know what a dumpster fire the Pistons wing spots were last year; the incumbent starting small forward in now the 11th man on my fake team.

OkC Get:
Pick #43

Pistons Get:

Abdel Nader (1,378,242)

Pistons absorb this salary via traded player exception (Reggie Bullock/2.5 million).
It doesn't really matter but are you guaranteeing his contract?

Houston looking into trading Chris Paul
