@TorturedBlazerFan I was working on the Knicks page and it's a perfect example of why you never stretch a bad contract like Turner's.

The Knicks could have his $18 million to send along with picks to the Pelicans for AD and then be completely clear of his contract. Instead he counts towards the cap $6.43 million each of the next 3 years and there is no way to clear it. It's pretty much the difference between NY possibly getting 3 max contracts this summer or not.

The remaining 5 teams are:
Golden State Warriors
Houston Rockets
Oklahoma City Thunder
San Antonio Spurs

I'll take the Timberwolves as my 2nd team.

@Chris Craig and @TorturedBlazerFan let me know what 2nd team you'd like.

That leaves us needing either two more people to claim the remaining 2 teams or 2 other people who want a 2nd team. Keep in mind no trades would be allowed between your two teams.
 
The spreadsheets are done. So all we are waiting for is the final couple teams to get filled and we can start. I don't want anyone to have 3 teams but if you'd like a 2nd team let me know. I've put in a ton of work getting people to join and making these sheets so if you guys can help me out with the last two teams it would be greatly appreciated!
 
You can start leaking your rumors to me for the Woj account through PM or DM on Twitter.

If anyone new joins in the next day or two I'll repost Tweets for them to get caught up before teams start making moves.

I WILL pull off a 4-team trade again.

No 5-team trade drama though. Gonna keep it simpler this year.

Yes, but I'm still trying to set up the game and there's a lot of new people this year. It's not fair to everyone not sure how it works or what to do to have some people already trying to get messages out there and discussing trades.
 
Alright guys, we have the Thunder and Warriors needing to be filled and then we can set a start time.
 
Damn, forgot that though new league year doesn't start, players with unguaranteed contracts shift to next years salary for trade purposes. Favors no longer the chip I wanted him to be

If the team getting him wants him, they could agree to guarantee his contract for next season and then it would count fully in a trade.

Oh yeah, I was just looking at the potential loophole of a team waiving him before the draft. Forgot they obviously fixed that up. Was hoping to find a way to cut someone's salary. But that's alright.

If you figure out that loop hole please call NO and say we found our way out of ET’s contract!

That rule was new last year and caused a lot of confusion. Until the draft we go by this year's salary for trades but anyone non-guaranteed only has the guaranteed part count (this is for everyone to read not just you as it looks like you know that already).
