Jerome was a Blazer lifer! Loyal loveable guy. His candle burned bright for 52 years. A proud symbol of Blazer history. I hope they show a dedication on the jumbotron at the next homegame
I'm sure the team will wear patches for the rest of the season too.That's gonna be a tough one to watch. This came out of nowhere. I'm sure the Blazers will have a very classy memorial for him at the next game. He was truly the embodiment of what Blazer fans love about their players as both a player and a person.
The net is kind of a weird place sometimes. Jerome's wikipedia page has already been updated, and oregonlive nor kgw have a post about it.
