RJ and Vince Not Getting Along?

I was listening to Leo Rautins who does color commentary for the Raptors and he said that there are some chemistry issues in the locker room with VC and RJ. Its coming from RJ and hes a bit upset that Vince is such a willing passer and eager to pass the ball.

I hope thats not true...what do you guys think?
 
LOL... that's too funny. Sounds like total BS. Why would anyone be upset that one of their teammates was a willing passer. Beyond stupid.

Leave it to Raptor Nation to come up with that.

What's really funny is RJ is averaging 3 apg this season and 4.4 apg over the last 5 games. Not bad for a small forward.
 
Leo Rautins is awesome. One cool Canadian right there.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was true. I'd say we ship em both out.
 
Hey raptor fans I have a question.

What exactly is "Salami and Cheese"? When I went to the Nets vs Raptors game last Saturday, these Raptor fans from Canada had a sign that said "Salami and Cheese" and kept yelling it out.
 
A broadcaster named Chuck Swirsky here in Canada who does Raptors games yells out random phrases that he pulls out of his butt all the time. He brings out the salami and cheese when the ballgame (in his opinion) is over. So if the score is 90 - 76, Raptors in the lead with like 5 minutes left int he game, he'll shout "bring out the salami and cheese momma cuz the game is over".

One time he called it really early, and the team came back and beat the Raptors. Now he is more conciencious about it, and only really says it if theres a few seconds left, though a few games ago he said it during early third quarter I think. (It was against Miami though, so technically he could have called it out at the beginning of the first)

That's bull-doody. RJ needs his touches as well as carter so why would he have a problem with Vince being a willing passer.
 
I could see RJ being vocal to Vince to attack but I don't get how that would create chemistry problems.

How the hell is Vince overpaid? 13 million when he can get you 30 plus at any given night. I think Jason kidd is one of the most overrated and over paid players in the league. The guy is 35 making 20+ million, that's bullsh!t.

if they do have a chemistry problem, they are doing a good job of hiding it. cause on the court they look close and happy.

not RJ and Luke Walton happy...but nothing can compare to that

Anyway I agree with Universe: It's a really big stretch to say that RJ and Vince have personal problems when RJ just wants Vince to score more :-\

He's definitely one of them.

I've never seen so many people hate on the star player of their favorite team, it's pathetic. Why are you so jealous of a man you don't even know? I'm wondering if any of you fools actually play basketball.
 
yeah even Leo Rautins said that Vince can get 25ppg the easiest our of anyone in the league and he emphasized that includes Lebron and Kobe. But, as Rautins does like 12 times a game, "if he wants to...he will" or "if he wants to go the basket" or "if he shows up"

ugh. Vince Carter can score 30, but he can't do that on any given night. For instance right now Amare is a guy who could get you 30 on any night (over his last week of games or so). It's not jealousy (what!?) its objectivity. I'm wondering if you, fool, actually watch basketball.

Cool down, GMJ isn't "hating" on Vince. I'm sure most of the people in this thread/board actually like Vince, we just want to him to do well, especially when everyone know he very well can.

Without Steve Nash, Amare would not even be close to getting you that on "any given night". Vince, on the other hand, can get his points with or without any particular teammate, and for a few weeks has been good for about 30 on any given night.
