Jesus. How is this legal?Kansas is voting on a constitutional amendment that will allow Republican controlled legislature to outlaw abortion. Anti women's rights group sent out millions of text messages telling voters to vote yes to preserve women's choice and health care. It's the opposite, voting yes will allow outlawing any choice. A former Republican congressman is behind effort to confuse voters by lying.
