I JUST CAN'T FIND THE CONNECTION!!!

My son is 13. The girls in his class, being raped and encouraged to just suck it up and be a great mom is a thought that is sickening and infuriating. There would just about .001% chance that girl will “get through it” and have a normal life. She, and likely the baby, would be absolutely messed up for life. So many emotional and psychological issues, drug abuse, more sexual abuse, it would just wreck them. These idiots need to be lined up and shot.

Not to mention physical harm. Girls under 15 are four times as likely to due in childbirth as women over 20 and babies have high infant mortality. Those who live often have lifelong health problems.
Which is the point. Punish the sluts

Kansas is voting on a constitutional amendment that will allow Republican controlled legislature to outlaw abortion. Anti women's rights group sent out millions of text messages telling voters to vote yes to preserve women's choice and health care. It's the opposite, voting yes will allow outlawing any choice. A former Republican congressman is behind effort to confuse voters by lying.

Jesus. How is this legal?

Huge win tonight in Kansas.

Now the question is, does the forced-birth crowd dial back their rhetoric, maybe admit that 10-year-olds giving birth after rape is not a god-given miracle?

Or do they double down and take more heavy losses?

barfo

Ink wasn't dry on white supremacist court decision before Republicans tried to outdo each other in passing antiwoman laws. These Republican politicians and anti women's rights activists do want raped 10 year olds and women with partial miscarriages to bleed out for two weeks.

But most actual women, even those who consider themselves conservative, don't.

When Biden issued executive order that hospitals had to treat women in immediate life threatening situations, Republican attorneys general filed lawsuit against it. Because hospitals should be allowed to let women die.

They are now talking about outlawing birth control. Of women who are or have been in hetero relationships, more than 95% use birth control.

They probably could have passed a 12 week abortion ban. But their absolute determination to force every woman, barely pubescent girl and other pregnant people to carry every pregnancy no matter what backfired.

Their positions are unpopular.

It's why they have to use bogey persons to rile the base.

There is no apostrophe in persons. Auto correct put it in and won't let me edit.

I know correct punctuation.

They will double down. They look to be going all in. They are getting invested in this bullshit to the point they won't be able to afford to fold.

Eli Lilly moves jobs OUT of Indiana after state passed near total abortion ban: Drug firm headquartered in Hoosier state for 145 years that employs 10,000 says it has been 'forced to plan for more employment growth outside our home state'
  • Indiana-based pharma giant Eli Lilly employs more than 10,000 people and is known for producing drugs such as Prozac
  • On Saturday, the company said in a statement that they will 'be force to plan for more employment growth' outside of the Hoosier state
  • The press release came in response to Gov. Eric Holcomb signing a near-total ban on abortion in the state into law on Friday
  • In July, the company did not comment on the impending abortion ban on the state and was not one of the signatories to an ACLU letter to the state legislature
  • Eli Lilly has said that they will honor their current commitments in Indiana including a $2.1 billion investment in a manufacturing plant that will employ 500

The video makes a good point. The SC is going to take on Moore vs Harper next year, and probably make the independent state legislature theory (Which they used to put Bush Jr in the Whitehouse over Gore) their next ruling. It will give state legislatures the right to reject the voters and pick their own candidate.

Since Republicans have been long gerrymandering and have control unceasing control at the state level in many states, including battleground states that Biden won in 2020, they will be able to overturn the vote if he wins in those states again, putting the Republican in the Whitehouse. A Dem won't be able to win the presidency again.

Today a Florida DA was hauled out of his office with no notice and removed from his job by a swat team for saying he wouldn't prosecute doctors over abortions ....he hadn't done anything but talk so this is a fascist move by DeSantis strong arming public officials the way Kim Jong Un would ...the guys wasn't allowed to talk with his staff...gather his things or anything. This is the state of Florida today and this is from the office of the guy Republicans want to elect to the presidency.....by very aware of what's happening around the GOP....it's steamrolling democracy and paving the way for leader by dictatorship. Fuck the Republican Party

Prosecutors have leeway in what they pursue. They can charge, plea bargain, decide not to charge. This state attorney was elected, twice.

He also said he would not prosecute parents of trans youth.

DeathSantis doesn't care about what the people of the state wants.
