It is composite and not very old so I would say it is in good condition. If that's the case I think I might as well go up and take care of it myself. I've cleaned my share of gutters over the years so I wouldn't have any problems with that. I was just more concerned about getting the moss off properly as I've heard if you don't do it right it is easy to damage the roofing.
There actually are a couple, and that is part of the plan as well, however I was planning on taking care of that myself.
That is actually a really interesting idea and I'm sure someone who is savvy enough could put together a device using a drone and something like what Riverman is talking about. I think you would still have to get up on the roof eventually, but only once to clear the dead moss.
The only problem with using bleach in a sprayer is that it eats up O rings, metal parts etc., and does so fairly quickly. So use an old or cheapy sprayer you don't mind trashing....
This is a good point...cleaning it and flushing the unit and gun right after using is important...I use a solution you can get at most paint stores...the one I use is a 50 dollar..2.5 gall.home model...not professional gear..it's on its 14 year and still works everytime..
