LOl! Did he have to wear that mouthpiece as part of his rookie hazing? Hell these days they are lucky Roy is the team leader. He is pretty easy going. Now if they handed Babbitt off to Pendergraph, that is a whole new situation.
 
i don't think the mouthpiece was part of his rookie hazing. some guy gave it to him and he liked it, I think he only wore it on the road. however that's a good idea for this years rookies, they should make it a tradition.
 
I love that picture of Dante. I laughed so hard. That picture is now my background. He looks like a deranged redkneck. The look in his eyes says he's crazy. Love Dante as a player.

I think he and Wesley are going to bring tenacity and toughness off the bench.

They should absolutely make all the rookies wear that mouthpiece the whole year.
 
The rooks always have to wait around for the equipment truck and deliver all the vets bags on the road! Dante and JP last year always had the carts from the lobby full to the top with luggage! At 2 AM in the middle of a back to back, that can't be fun! They made Patty put on one of the flight attendants aprons and server everybody's dessert once, very funny!

And I forgot, Ruben and ZBO and those guys were tougher on the rooks then BRoy and LA are, that's for sure!

I had heard that too. He said he liked how it would startle opponents for a split second, and any advantage is a good one.

His rookie hazing was to be nice to the Portland media. Now, that he is no longer a rook, he can resume whining to the Spanish media as he pleases.
