Wow! Why so aggressive? LolI don't know what the fuck you're talking about. I posted a link to an article that very clearly states that the team sold the rose quarter, the moda center and veteran's memorial coliseum to the city... they sold it all at a very discounted rate. They made an agreement as part of the sale that the city would use a portion of the revenue that these properties (not the land but the businesses on the land) bring in to make specific upgrades and maintenance to the Moda center and surrounding areas. Also that the Blazers would stay here and play here until at least 2030 and have an option to play here even longer under a lease extension also agreed to in this deal.
Read the article but if you already did that and think it "says absolutely nothing about the facility built on that land" then you'll have to either reread it or take my word for it that it says specifically that the facilities were sold to the city, with those conditions instead of the team renewing the lease they had on the land.
We are in agreement here, though the Coliseum has been owned by the city for quite some time. The Moda Center has only been owned by the city since 2024. My statement stands on fact. Perhaps if you re-read the article you would understand that.
