Going to the TIESTO concert tnite at the roseland and was wondering about their bar cause ive never been.

Do they serve shots or mixed drinks only???

Are their mixed drinks strong? ive been to a couple of concerts at a few different places and where i have been, they barely put any vodka(or other)....

Basically, should i get plastered before or can i got and get a nice drink for 7-10$

thanks for the info

Drinking at a Tiesto show? You'll be the downer.

Set yourself free ... drop some E like everybody else at the show.

I agree with HCP.
Get some drinks before the show because if its a full house, the lines for drinks suck.

The Roseland's bars blow. The mixed drinks are weak as hell in addition to expensive. I made the mistake of ordering a Long Island the first time I was there. It was in an 8 oz. cup that was mostly ice and it cost $9. That was probably 5 years ago, so things may have changed for the Long Islands. However, the only way I drink there nowadays is by ordering whatever my liquor for the evening is on the rocks. It's the only way I can make sure I'm not getting short-changed. I've ordered 7 & 7s there that were basically clear.

Make sure you have (at the very least) a buzz when you go in. As was mentioned previously, the lines are long.

You will be thoroughly patted down and they had metal detectors the last time I was there (about a year ago) so flasks will be tough to hide.

Hispanic Causin' Panic
I refuse to acknowledge the lame new name.
Go back to your roots!

plastic flask that you throw away or dump a few shots in a soda can/bottle and drink while in line.

damn rookies.

clearly the solution is for someone else to create a HispanicCausinPanic name that makes him jealous! :ohno:

Or buy some of the little "airplane" bottles of booze at the liquor store and sneek them in by putting them in your socks. I've done it many times for concerts and sporting events. Buy a coke/pepsi then hit up a stall in the restroom and fill it up with whiskey!

yeah pocket shots are relatively cheap.

JUST FEED A BUNCH OF ALCOHOL TO A HOMELESS GUY. LIKE MASSIVE QUANTITIES. THEN YOU CAN SUCK HIS DICK IN THE ALLEY AND YOU'LL BE DRUNK OFF THE PISS.

Ugh, I can't stand The Roseland these days. Oh, and if you feel like treating yourself to an awesome LIVE DJ performance this weekend, go see D.J. P tomorrow night:
