I bet the only thing Roy isn't doing just right is facing the flag. He's being quiet and respectful during the singing of the anthem (see Canzano's January 09 article). So if he faced a US flag during it, he'd already be a head above 90% of everyone at the game.

The closest I came to serving was Boy Scouts, though, so I may have my flag etiquette wrong.
