Dude, are you from the ACLU or something? Anytime someone plays well that isn't Blake or Outlaw, you have to slam them and refer back to an earlier game when your guys played well and were bad mouthed. It seems you have an inferiority complex.

There's also the tiny fact that there were 4.1 seconds left after Greg's free throws, so Denver could have still won the game even if he made them. Some prefer to ignore this though.

Funny thing about that denver game, did you not recall the other two blazers to go 1 for 1 on free throws a minute before oden.
No Matter how you look at it blake was getting owned by detroits D everytime he got the ball in the 4th and he kept commiting turnovers and horrible passes because of it.

I personally find 7 shot attempts completely unacceptable and a lack of focus by the coach. For a while I thought they were actually making a concerted effort at getting Oden the ball.

But if Oden makes the free throws, we have a very good CHANCE winning. He choked away the opportunity to win. Period. Our defense is good enough to get a stop with only 4 seconds to play.

It was nice those two or three games we were running and making an effort to stop shooting just jump shots.

Alas, someone appears not to have been able to handle the loss of total control.

I'm not insulting Joel. I love Joel, but he cant command a double team while still only scoring 6 points.
 
pretty much everyone played well tonight. Not sure what's up with Webster's shot though. This is his opportunity to shine and he has disappeared every since we took him out of the starting lineup.
 
There at the end, I noticed a real disconnect in the team huddles in the timeouts.

Anyone notice?

no one said a word of HATE about him. No one said "Greg sucks." No one called Greg names. No one called for him to benched or traded.
 
So...we suck in 4th quarters now? We were so good in the 4th last year, now it seems like we fall apart. Denver, Atlanta, Atlanta again, now this...

That's not what we're talking about here. You implied reduced playing time overall, not sitting in certain situations.

Sitting/trading a C based on FT shooting is laughable.

But no, we wouldn't have won without Miller tonight. He did lots of good things for us.

the point is that people call Blake names and hate on him if he does ANYTHING wrong but Oden gets a free pass; why not give both players the free pass? they're both doing everything they can to help the team win.
