It saves money, 1st rounders get paid more on rookie contracts and the 23 pick isn't that much better than later picks..could be the scouts have under the radar guys expected to be 2nd rounders that fill needs more than the guys at 23

I guess... Honestly if we want the best value while saving money... 23 for the rights to Saric (Who wont come over till at least 18-19) and one of their later 2nd rounders..
