He was the leading scorer on his team, the Washington Bullets, before coming to Portland. Was Harvey supposed to be good?
Good numbers on a bad team. I distinctly remember “Snapper” warning against that when the trade was madeHe was the leading scorer on his team, the Washington Bullets, before coming to Portland.
The only difference is that Jerami looked pretty good for Denver before he took his payday.Good numbers on a bad team. I distinctly remember “Snapper” warning against that when the trade was made

Never heard of him.Not to be snarky, but do you remember a guy named Roy who was praised for saving the team post jailblazers?
Grant to me is our Andrew Wiggins. He’s a piece, but not THE pieceThe only difference is that Jerami looked pretty good for Denver before he took his payday.
huh, guess something changed between Austin's report and Casey. Guess more are coming.
guessing some combo of davis/dieng/agbajiIf we're having Banchero come out, something might be brewing.

Bundle of energy.
Love this. "I belong at the top; there were top guys here, and I showed that I'm one of them too."
Seriously, I don't think I could like this kid more. I'm going to be rooting for him wherever he ends up, but I really hope it's in Portland.
his bounce and athleticism stood out to me in the games i watched while doing a deep dive on Duren.Minott is a very athletic wing who D69 identified going in to this last season as someone he thought had the tools to be very impactful. He didn't pan out nearly to expectations and his 3-pt shooting was atrocious. That said, there are still a lot of things that he has the ability to do well if he can develop.

i like him and Procida as second round prospects.
who are D69's guys in the #7 range?Procida in the 2nd round would have me waving my Italian flag around like an overcaffeinated Jack Haley!!

I like the idea of Barlow. Between Minott & Barlow - who is the better prospect.his bounce and athleticism stood out to me in the games i watched while doing a deep dive on Duren.

and of course schmitz was in on him last year.I like the idea of Barlow. Between Minott & Barlow - who is the better prospect.
I'm 100% in on Procida as a second round selection. Ideally we pick up an early 2nd for one of these guys.
Looks like the team held a sorta under-wraps workout yesterday, but it got out.
Minott is the guy who Hollinger put in his top 10, but probably will go second round. Gillespie also interesting (he also posted it on his own IG). But who else was there yesterday that the team does not want to publicize?
Looking at this video of Minott, I'm thinking he is sort of like Duren, young, very athletic, raw, main skill is dunking. Although the video claims he is a good rebounder, I think that is mostly offensive, Tankathon gives him two minuses on defensive rebounding.
Yeh, that might be a good comp. I think he has better lateral movement on defense.Kind of Greg Brown like
I’m just thinking the plan might be draft a guard and then sign and trade Ant. Not sure who we would be approaching. Detroit? Toronto?Sochan and Sharpe were supposed to workout in NO and Sochan was photographed at dinner with the Pels FO and coach.
Word out of NO today is that Sharpe canceled his workout last minute. Does he have a promise at 7 or above???
