A good decision for him. He needs to learn to shoot better.Gueye has withdrawn from draft
Daniels.... and a bunch of second rounders.
much ado about nothing. But what's this about some kind of scandal involving a cheerleader?
I've seen this comparison thrown around a lot for Ben's upside. I see it offensively. I think Jason had more game inside the arc, but Ben has the shooting edge at same stage.i think if everything works out for Mathurin he projects to be someone like Jason Richardson with defense. I think that's a kinda high ceiling dude I would not be opposed to.
Glad they're working him out even if there are rumors of a possible promise for him to Indy @6.
Yeah I feel there’s a good chance that Mathurin turn into McLemore. Those type of guards either turn into a Beal/Ray Allen type or flat out bustI've seen this comparison thrown around a lot for Ben's upside. I see it offensively. Jason was the better defender in college imo though. Similar tools but I think Jason was both smarter and had better instincts from the games I've been able to find on youtube. Stats show it too. Better stl and blk rates, better defensive rebounder.
I don't think Ben busts but he just feels like the classic player that goes high based on the shooting + athleticism combination, but doesn't have the feel level / dribble, pass or defend well enough to return more than late lottery value. We'll see though.
Agreed. Decent prospect, but should really be closer to a #15 pick instead of top 10I've seen this comparison thrown around a lot for Ben's upside. I see it offensively. I think Jason had more game inside the arc, but Ben has the shooting edge at same stage.

I go back and forth on Matherin. Sometimes I watch and think he looks like a future star. Sometimes I watch and see KCP. I'm lost on this guy.I've seen this comparison thrown around a lot for Ben's upside. I see it offensively. I think Jason had more game inside the arc, but Ben has the shooting edge at same stage.

Yep. Somehow I'm just not feeling it with him, but I do see what it is that other people see.I go back and forth on Matherin. Sometimes I watch and think he looks like a future star. Sometimes I watch and see KCP. I'm lost on this guy.
Maybe he's is a D Wade or DeRozen type.I've seen this comparison thrown around a lot for Ben's upside. I see it offensively. I think Jason had more game inside the arc, but Ben has the shooting edge at same stage.

DeMar has been a mid range killer all his life and carried that into the league and D wade was just on another level with the ball and defensively at Marquette.Maybe he's is a D Wade or DeRozen type.
guessing sharpe.Mystery player workout on Monday
"The Blazers will hold a workout for another potential lottery pick on Monday. The name of that player will be announced prior to the workout."
You don't like rebounding and defense?Duren is one of the players I absolutely don’t want
Not to be combative, but why?Duren is one of the players I absolutely don’t want
And freak athleticismYou don't like rebounding and defense?
