Yeah he was at a school, than flew to Nebraska I think. most likely it was some place else they just said Nebraska to confuse any possible terrorist attacks that could still be planed.

The death penalty is the easy way out, Sure you die but you don't suffer for a single thing you have done. He needs to spend the rest of his life in prison instead.

He has to be hung in the next 3 hours. The Sunni's begin to celebrate a holiday on Saturday (It'll be saturday in 3 hours in Iraq) and the shi'a celebrate the start of a holiday on sunday. Iraqi law prohibits hangings on Islamic holidays.
