SBnation's Free agent ranking

Personally I would take Wes coming off his terrible injury over a gimpy high mileage D. Wade.

I thought it was interesting they had Wes out of the top 25 at 26th and Rolo ahead of him. LA at 6th just baffled me. Jordan at #1..this writer is clearly a Clippers fan

Did we just read the same thing?

Where did you get your rankings from? Because none of the numbers you just listed match to the article.

I didn't read the article linked here..the one I read left Kobe, Lebron, etc off the list..it was posted yesterday on SI.com I believe. I should have read the link here and not assumed it was the same one I read. I'll see if I can find it again for comparisons but having just read the SI list, I was commenting on it as a FA list.

Can you post the link on here? Would be nice to do some side by side comparisons and the average is probably the most realistic answer. This SB Nation seems to be mostly on point in my opinion.

Sly,

I might agree with you on the Mathews/Wade thing, except, Wade has played along side some of the top ten greats of all time and has rings. This makes his value much more than his diminishing, though still effective, skill set.

Couldn't find it on SI but I'll keep looking, it was a completely different list than the one here. I should have linked it last night after reading it. It had LA at 6 Rolo at 23 and Wes at 26...it had Jordan at 1. I think I found the link last night on yahoo but it's not there now. It had Tobias Harris ranked in single digits...whole different take on values. KLove wasn't near the top either.

Wade will sell a ton of Laker jerseys

Any list that doesn't have LBJ at #1 is a wasted list. BTW
I thought it was an interesting take. They assumed Lebron and Kobe would stay put and made the list of players more likely to be in play in free agency.

that is fair as long as they make that clear from the outset, Otherwise LBJ is the obvious number 1. :)
