Yeah that was a pretty huge game for Scoot. You cant accidentally have a great playoff game, or say the opponent had some excuse, etc.

I'm starting to believe he's just clearly a much better piece for our team long term than Sharpe.
Sharpe's not yet 100% healthy. He played 13 min but scored 9.

Sharpe also needs time. He’s still very young and has flashes of unreal talent. Players don’t really solidify until 24/25. Yes some are immediately great but others become great in their mid-20’s way too early to give up on Sharpe. He’s been injured and was scoring 22-23 on fairly efficient shooting for two months straight. Give him time.

Grant on the other hand we e get rid of this offseason we know who he is.

Playing next to Deni, he needed to change his role.
Scoot is filling a role the team needs badly, which is efficient scoring including from outside, and good defense.

He has shot 21/34 overall in the 3 post-season games (61.8%) and 8/16 (50%) on 3-pointers.

Scoot has been a very efficient scorer during stretches of his career. If he can figure out how to maintain that, Scoot fits perfectly with what Deni is doing for the team, which is attacking the paint and sharing the ball. He (Scoot) can focus on scoring first, which could unleash his potential more than having to run the offense and look for his teammates first.
