Scale of 1 to 10.

1 being have to be in a room full of Trump supporters

10 being the lottery winner for a night with Mrs. HCP

Feel free to compare your own number to something. This can be fun if we try

Having not seen the game, I can only give a N/A, like being to the opera on europa - Second closest of the four Galilean moons to Jupiter.

Id say 6 or 7 (not for that reason).

He definitely showed he is, without a shadow of a doubt, the 2nd best pg on the team, and just how poorly that position has been filled since he went down.

His shooting is still not ideal. But he didn't look too rusty considering it was his first NBA game in almost a year.

I'd go with 6.5. His passing, or more specifically, his moving the ball was a breath of fresh air. His defense is willing but a bit headless chicken, he's still not great at finishing, and his three point shooting will need to get back up to speed.

Every pass seemed to be perfect. Right where a player can catch and shoot or put it on the floor

It's quite nice to have an actual PG running the show, instead of a guy who can play point.

Not a knock on Deni, or Caleb, but the flow of the offense is much crisper when someone like Jrue or Scoot is passing/dictating the offense.

He looked like an entire tier better than Jrue and how he’s been playing lately. Way more under control and jrue has looked ready for retirement lately

7.5, I really liked when he had the 4 passes that led to 11 points and turned the tide for us. That dunk was sweet too.
Some bad was a couple of bonehead passes, getting lost on D sometimes, and 2 really bad fouls.
Still he was solid and Scoot does what he does best by not dominating the ball and keep the flow going. In the end he had more winning plays than losing plays.

he looked better than I expected 6-7. I cringed for his hamstring on that dunk though

too many turnovers, but that's always been an issue for him. Need a sample size bigger than 1 game though. Hoping he can finish the season without missing any games

Dame-Jrue-Scoot-Blake-Caleb....that's a logjam at PG

Totally

Im excited for his development, especially when it comes to consistency - he’s either:

Eric Bledsoe or Chris Paul

Dog shit or game changing

8 I thought he looked great out there and for a season debut it would be a 10 but I see a lot of areas where Scoot will improve a lot with more playing time.

Hitting a pass into the shooter's pocket is such an underrated skill.

I have noticed that if a pass comes in too high or too low, the shooter misses more than he makes it, and the opposite is true too - make the pass in the pocket and the shot is typically money.

Scoot is exceptionally great at this imo.

He looked hungry! I'd give him a solid 7.....if he played both halves like the second half, I'd give him a week in Hawaii with a 10 rating

First half was a 5, second half was an 9. I'll give him a 7 overall for last night. I was really pleased to see him solidify as the game went along. Passes looked really crisp. He's not a shooter that's going to take over a game, but he will keep defenses honest.

Good return game. Need to see consistency. Scoot is gonna be a headache for our future because as standing if he shows he’s capable of being our starting PG, then we are going to be busy in the offseason.

Brings a lot of questions. We saw Deni rise to all-star level having minutes with the ball in his hands. I feel like the truth is that going away from this will probably mean a drop off in production for Deni, or just a mess trying to have Scoot on the court but not really playing the 1 because the offense is running through Deni.

I think ideally we should go forward the way we were before getting Jrue back, and getting Dame. Which is for Scoot to come out and show he’s a starting PG level player in the league.

We are a team with more questions than answers right now.

I think Deni is equally suited to be the primary playmaker and the secondary playmaker. Jrue didn't go down until midway through November and Deni was already putting up all star numbers at that time.

I actually think Scoot, Shae and Deni fit really well together, especially when playing with Tou. The only way having too many playmakers is a problem is if more than one of them can't be a threat off the ball but all three of Scoot, Shae and Deni can make spot up threes and move without the ball really well.

Also I hope this team is running the break a lot in which case all of these well rounded athletes that can finish are fantastic to have playing together.
