Can't say I actually saw it. But most of what I've heard is that it is pretty worthless. Not surprising, given the channel.

I watched the whole hour. He has pretty film of homeless camps taken from drones, but no new ideas. He wants them all in jail, then later released into community drug treatment programs.

Conceited government blowhards make no distinction between drugs which people shoot up vs. harmless ones like marijuana, LSD, etc. It took 50 years to get marijuana legalized, and will take another 50 years to get LSD legalized. This is because the people in power think they know more than drug-takers, and ban debate in the news media. It's like virgins deciding sex morality.

The government has no credibility about drugs because they refuse to learn which to legalize. Their confusion refuses to separate harmless freedom from unhealthy behavior. So cities keep worsening because of the evil legal system's ego.
