Nikola (like seemingly everybody from the Balkans) Milutinov, Serbia - a skinny seven-footer with good D
Cedi Osman, Turkey - The Turkish Brent Barry!

I'm not a fan of Terran Petteway. He's a small small forward that doesn't particularly rebound well (4.9 rpg), distribute the ball (2.8 apg), or shoot efficiently (39% fg, 31% 3ptfg). He averages a high amount of turnovers (3.4 tpg) and quite a few fouls (3.0 fpg). Oh, and he's 22+ years old.I really like this guy. I don't know why he isn't in DX's mock draft. Inefficient, I guess, and his team stunk, but the Pistons have had him in twice. Check him out:
Maybe he can be a Khris Middleton-esque steal? He says all the right things.
Weaknesses: Petteway is a high-volume shooter who isn't always the most efficient player on the court. His shooting percentage was under 40% last season ... Takes a lot of long pull-up jumpers from inside the arc, which is one of the least efficient shots one can take ... He's very confident but at times, it can be over confidence as he forces bad shots ... All in all, he's overly reliant on pull-up jumpers ... Can be too aggressive at times, to the point of being out of control ... Averaged a whopping 3.4 turnovers per game last season, a huge number for a non-point guard ... Not a standout athlete ... His combine numbers were very underwhelming, though his wingspan helps him ... His standing vert and max vert were both the fifth-lowest of 49 players measured at the combine, which includes plenty of big men ... Also was determined to be fairly skinny at the combine, weighing in at 209 lbs ... Has a slight tendency to get lost on defense off the ball ...
Sounds like he has some Will Barton "chaos" in him.Yeah, yeah, BUT:
But my #1 reason for liking him: he's fun to watch!
Hate to break it to you, Fez:
Philly has FIVE picks in the second round.
#35 or #37 should be a target.
If Upshaw were available, I'd definitely take a shot at him in the 2nd round. He may be that guy that is the 1st pick in the 2nd round as he'll easily have the biggest upside of anyone left but you don't have to guarantee him a contract.

And the odds of finding a player of that level in the 2nd round are miniscule.Atlanta starts two all stars picked in the 2nd round. The list of active 2nd rounders is impressive enough. DeAndre Jordan, Dragic, Korver, Gasol, Ginobili, Milsapp, Monta Ellis, Chandler Parsons...
Over a ten year period, that is 3/10 or 30%. From this list alone. I'm probably missing guys the Blazers took in round 2 who are playing somewhere. Will Barton?
You named a bunch of role players... not on the same level as Dragic/Jordan/Gasol
that's debateable but the only one I would consider being better.Actually several of those players were better than Dragic. Draymond Green is the most obvious.

Any suggestions for this year's draft?

My international sleeper of this draft: Arnoldas Kubolka
