Agreed most coaches don't get 10 years without going to the finals. Jerry Sloan got 17 years until his first finals appearance.

He did just get to the WCF without a top 5 roster. The current roster with zero wing defenders shouldn't have high expectations either.

You do what you can do to change the coverage and give other looks. It doesn't mean it's going to work, but you do it to give yourself the best chance. Stotts apologists in full force again...
