You can't go for a 2 what in the fuck. Go for the three and live with the result...

Blazers are stupid

Between the drive where he dumped to Collins instead of a layin and that decision not to shoot....

Hell of a second half. Hurts to come up short here but I’m very encouraged that they didn’t pack it in after that first half.

Might as well have lost by 20

If that 2 was by design, Stotts has got to be the dumbest coach in the bubble.

If it wasn't designed and Dame made that choice, are the same people going to call to fire Lillard?

I know we lost but that was an encouraging game. We were down huge and battled back. Dame got out of his shooting slump. I was posting about it yesterday but it's dumb to think any of these sub .500 teams are going to win 6 games and most likely none of them will win 5. I think we can still win 6 but 4 wins might get us into a play in situation, which I think we'll win.

Damn proud of this effort. While all the other teams trying for that last spot gave up when down, this team shows why it's character gives it a better chance at getting that 8th seed. Go Blazers!!

You aren't going to win many games when you put yourself down 20 in the first half.

Which is entirely too common with this coach.

We weren’t going to go 8-0 but we gotta win the close games!

I guarantee you that two was not by design. Dame looked out of balance when Smart slipped and he saw Nurk wide open so he made the play. I bet he had every intention to shoot a three before the play started but I don't think he felt comfortable taking that shot. He should have though, because even if he misses Nurk is in prime rebounding position.

I'm probably in the minority, but I enjoyed the comeback. I didn't expect a win. Nice to see the adjustments and effort we made to get back in it. Super bummed we lost, but the 2nd half had a high entertainment value for me.

Really? How many games have we been down 20 at half this season?

3 key late plays of game.

Dame pulls up from 40 feet when we have a chance to go up 6 or 7. Bricks it and Celtics get a fast break jam.

Collins brain fart has no idea who he is guarding, Brown walks into three.

Carmelo overhelps on Brown for the third time late, after giving up 2 3s (including an and-one), Brown nails it to go up 6.

Game could have easily been stolen. What’s tough is games like that it’s tough to exert all of that energy and then bounce back two days later. Houston will be even tougher to guard for us. Their biggest player is Robert Covington, basically a stretch 5. And we have no one to guard WB and Harden. Like three teams in the entire league do.

This is very logical, but some people won't want to believe it.

The Rockets are a worse version of this Celtics team. You just take the combination of Tatum/Brown/Hayward and you stick it in one person in Harden.
