Trent is a great, great complimentary piece. I don’t ever see star potential, but he could be a sixth man of the year type.

Love having a guy like him though. He’s a dog

We have long needed guys who get under players skin. Especially ones that are super confident and are knockdown shooters. He's only 21. With his reported work ethic, think his ceiling is higher

Zach has got to step his game up on the defensive end. Whiteside is missed today. Great 1st half except they got to many good looks at the basket. Go Blazers!!

I’ll eat my crow on Trent, was totally wrong. I think he does make CJ expendable, hopefully NO and Dame realize that.

If Ariza was around we would really be 8 deep for a nice run imo.

Pre-injury Wes Matthews is a good ceiling for Trent imo.

Is it me, or do the opponents always hit their wide open 3 pointers against the Blazers?

I’m really annoyed by the 3-4 foot buffer we give shooters on the perimeter...

Terry needs to stay with this trap on george. It's working, even if shamet hits some open threes.

It looks like Zach playing against there point the rotating out which guard is shooting.

We don’t have to choose. Best to have Trent AND CJ.

Rather see him start and upgrade another position using CJ

I think he could be a starter if he put time in to work on his handle and ability to create for himself. I could see it.

I agree though out of our top 3 players CJ is the most expendable.

Yeah i was wrong too, never ever would i have expected something like this. I'm so happy for him and the Blazers

Not that Gary is going to continue his recent shooting streak (nor am I saying that GRj will be this guy), but could you imagine a time when a player is so specialized from 3, that he ends up shooting like 55% from there on like 150+ makes?

That'd be insane.

They do. Rarely do they miss. It's uncanny. I watch other games too, and guys miss plenty of wide opens against other teams. Not Us.
Because we allow so many of them so they can get into Rhythm

Missing gimmies....both teams.

Can we put Zach on the Zion diet?

Better IMO, I think GTJ could be an all star, something that has never happened for Wes. I really think Klay Thompson is his ceiling.
