if 9 points per game is what is to be expected from outlaw, obviously it's way too much money. but really his stats should be more along the 13 points per game(if not more with the added opportunities) that he averaged the couple of years before this one. it's still too much money, but it's better than giving that amount of money to amir johnson.Congrats to Outlaw. That said, $7 mil/year for 9 points a game? Yikes. And it's not like he's an "intangible" guy. His stats tell you precisely what he contributes.
