SETH Curry to Portland

It doesn't matter for every team not named Warriors now. Break up Houston, Philly, they're all just wasting time. LeBum can lick those Hollywood moguls balls all he wants, he ain't beating the Warriors. So Philly might as well "F" the process, and Harden can shave his beard and do something else. The NBA is a complete Farce.
There is a possibility that Boogie isn't healthy and will never be healthy. Yes, the entire competitive balance of the league is tied up in a "Might not be."

Who cares about cousins. Warriors will win next year and then he’ll get paid somewhere else.

Or the Warriors will just circumvent the cap, and pay 500 mil. in penalties. They don't care. Under the current format they have a license to print money.

What? Cousins will be an unrestricted free agent and golden state will not have his bird rights. This is a one year marriage. It’s actually pretty smart by cousins. He behaves, wins a ring, and someone throws the max at him next summer.

There wasn't really any money left on the market for him.

I do believe loading up on so many SG 3 pt specialist is about making a trade.

But not the CJ trade so many are talking about.

This roster now opens up options to make a trade by the trade deadline. Some teams will have injuries, or looking for help in the playoffs.

Even if we trade one of the new SGs for only a draft pick. Its a cheap way to get a pick. And to build assets.

There was a time when teams loaded up on centers for the same reason. Times have changed. SG 3 pt specialist are now in short supply.

We have 16 players now, we either renounce one of WB4 or PapaG - or a trade is happening before the season starts.

He almost made as much as DeMarcus Cousins. Nice.

Why would the Mavs let the "healthy Curry from 2 years ago" slip away?

Good question.
Heres another one.
Why would Cuban after winning a ring. Blow up said team and not give them a chance to defend their title?
Underdogs or not. That team won it all and frankly... imo could've done it back to back.

It's Olshey's fault we didn't get LeBron with the MLE or Doncic with the 24th pick?

No.

It's NO's fault for signing Butters.
It's NO's fault for signing Turner.
It's NO's fault for signing Harkless
(prob could've paid him less too)

It's NO's fault for letting Ed and Vonleh go because of these WACK signings.

I'm curious how you like your red herring cooked?

Based off this information, which player is better?

Player A Per 36:
3.4apg, 3.2rpg, 1.6TOV, 48FG%, 42 3pt%, 60TS%, .110WS/48, 1.4BPM, 15.5PER
Player B Per 36: 3.3apg, 4.0rpg, 1.9TOV, 44FG%, 40 3pt%, 53.6TS%, .108 WS/48, 0.4BPM, 17.0PER

I think Curry could be close to C.J. level if given the role...

Player A is better. my guess it's Seth and Player b is Napier?

Player A

Player A is Seth Curry in 2016-2017.
Player B is C.J. McCollum in 2017-2018.

Yeah most recent seasons.
IMO CJ had a down year.
I fully expect him to get away from Memelol this off-season and return to his 16-17 form.
He's too smart to be a black hole on offense.
He's too smart to not adjust to defenses collapsing on his dribble, dribble, dribble, dribble some more, and dribble some more.
Plus altho I hate Portland coaches at times, I don't think they're stupid enough to not sit down with CJ and try to figure out why CJ was overdibbling.

CJ 16-17
per36
3.7apg, 3.7rpg, 2.2tvo, 48fg%, 42 3pt%
Then advanced stats
58TS% .131WS/48, 1bpm, 19.9

I had no hope for Batum to adjust his lack-a-dazical game from year to year.
CJ I don't see that as part of him.

I'm not saying Curry is better, but I think he could (if healthy) do a very good job of replacing CJs production. Those two profiles are very close. I think Curry is a better Pick n Roll player and doesn't pound the ball as much. This could be a good C.J. replacement which would allow us to trade C.J. elsewhere.

Also, Curry has a bigger standing reach than C.J.

I just think CJ is going to bounce back.
Then you and I will both slam our faces on the desk when we see topics like in 16-17.
'Trade Lillard, CJ > Lillard, CJ is the better player and Lillard sucks'
Who knows maybe Tunchi will return to create them.
