I can't imagine he wrote it, because i don't think he liked it here, because of his role. If i had to guess i'd say his account got hacked

Seth Curry has a public Facebook account?

Get him on the Warriors? That makes sense.
Step 1: Give him a giant contract extension.
Step 2: Trade him to the Warriors for 5 2nd rnd draft picks.
Step 3: Warriors medical staff says Seth isn't actually related to Steph, Blazers have genetically defrauded them.
Step 4: NBA makes Blazers give back the 5 picks from the GPII trade and the 5 picks from the Seth trade as punishment.

I wouldn't mind having him off the bench, especially considering the lack of backcourt depth as of right now. But I'm sure it's just some random shit that means nothing.

I was a little surprised to see Seth will turn 33 in August

Step 1: Give him a giant contract extension and a lifetime supply of Toradol injections.

Seth is getting old, misses games due to old man injuries, while still being an inconsistent 3 point shooter. Sure he has a few good games here & there, but getting Seth might slow the development of Keon Johnson as backup PG. Eventually, the Blazers will need to unlock Keon's potential. Can't do that if Keon is only getting garbage time experience. He needs to have a solid rotation spot.

We have way different opinions of Keon. I see a player who should likely not have his option picked up and be out of the league. Complete scrub not worthy of a roster spot. Also not a PG at all, more of a SG or emergency SF.

Seth is an independent issue, at 33 he's about 5 years past his prime. Possibly I'd look at him for a 1 year backup spot but not certain I'd spend the MLE on him. Really depends on the Blazers other moves as I'd only bring him here if we're trying to win now with Dame and don't have Ant or Scoot.

I don’t think it’s a coincidence that we made the WCF the year he was here.

40.5 % 3 pt. , 92.7 % FT now that's inconsistency i can live with. His career avg. 3 pt % is 43.5 . Keon looks like career role player with a high side of 10th spot on bench.

That was Olshey's best player acquisition year. Hood Kanter, and Curry. Olshey's outlier year.
Look at how Denver has strengthen their bench and starting lineup with FA signing and trades. Added to their three core guys and bingo.
FA signings - Brown, Green, Jackson & Jordon
Trades - KCP, Gordon, & Ish

Exactly, it's about multiple moves. Portland is in a position to finally do that. You use your draft capital / players to go after Siakam or Bridges. Sign a Seth Curry , Nas Reid, and whoever else you feel strengthens the roster. But you don't stand pat. There's plenty of time to build around the youth after Dame retires. By then Sharpe might be All World. If not , go total rebuild.

Look, I'm just going to start towing the company line. Getting a top 3 pick in the draft has changed my grumpy attitude towards Blazers losing games.

So with this in mind, Keon is a contracted Blazer until 2026. Having a reserve PG that shoots 25% from midrange is vitally important towards acquiring even more significant draft acquisitions.

that's why i say pass on Seth, unless he just wants to fake some injuries and become an assistant coach.
