JLEN Williams is putting up 12/4/3 and a steal, Sochan 10/5/2, Duren 8/8, Griffin putting up 10/2 shooting 40% from 3. Shae putting up 8/2. Based on stats, and not highlights(which should have gotten him in there), I don't think he's got a huge case of being snubbed.

It's like posting negative comments on a locker room bulletin board. For a highly competitive athlete, it absolutely should feel like a snub and be a motivator. How Shae responds will say a lot about his competitive drive and future success.

I honestly predict that one of the players ends up dinged up and opts not to play, then Shae will already be there and they'll ask him to fill that spot. If not Shae should sit in the front row and just mean mug the whole time, or even stand up and just start yelling and making a scene. Yelling shit like, "I would have dunked that." or "You wouldn't have got past me." It would be epic. I don't think he has any of that in his personality but it would be funny and put a lot of people on notice.

Looking at the format, Sharpe should not have made it.

They have 11 rookies and 10 sophmores from the NBA. I would not trade Sharpe for most of them, but his play is not better than any of them currently. Those 21 players will get drafted into 3 seven player teams and the seven G-League players make up the fourth. If Sharpe had played in the G League at all this year, he could make a case to play on that team.

I usually skip All Star weekend but will probably watch this game.
