Nemesis i like most of your work but i personally don't like this one. Just seems so jumbled and strange with the matrix, random and confusing. I don't really like the colors.

The bground is overbrushed, especially with the tech brushes in random places. As JB said, its too busy, the text and brushing clogs it up.

I actually think it looks okay. The pic is pretty cool. The rest is not bad. 8/10
