Constitutional amendment to ban most every gun? I'm down, always have been even though I never thought it should be necessary.
I don't know how this crazy person would have done it without guns but whatever.
I can't even imagine. The value of them has to be off the charts. I know plenty of dummies who blow thousands of dollars a year on them.Hundreds of Millions of firearms in our nation already. It's going to take a lot to round 'em up.
California, along with New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland and the District of Columbia, has the strictest firearm laws in the nation.
He declined to release the name of the shooter but said he was “aware” of a domestic violence incident that neighbors reported.
Brian Flint told the Record Searchlight newspaper in the city of Redding that his neighbor, whom he knows only as Kevin, was the gunman and that his roommate was among the victims. He said the shooter also stole his truck.
“The crazy thing is that the neighbor has been shooting a lot of bullets lately, hundreds of rounds, large magazines,” Flint said. “We made it aware that this guy is crazy and he’s been threatening us.”
Guess with so little people dying, nobody wants to argue about it.
There were plenty of warning signs that Kevin Janson Neal was a ticking time bomb. Neal was already in trouble with the law before the shooting rampage. District Attorney Gregg Cohen told The Sacramento Bee that “Neal was currently being prosecuted by his office for assault with a deadly weapon and a stabbing that had occurred earlier this year,” the newspaper reported.

It's coming. Might as well embrace the future. So you'd be "down" with completely scrapping the Constitution and the Bill of Rights?
Because it can't exist at all without the 2nd Amendment.
It's pointless to argue. We have the same people saying ban guns or certain guns like semi automatics, etc. I will point this out for the millionth time, there are places in this country that have the strictest gun laws and it doesn't matter, Chicago being my go to example. Every time that point is made, nobody has a counterpoint. I think there should be stricter background checks but honestly the issue nobody wants to talk about is mental health. That's the real issue. I could sit here and point out all those that have died by car accidents every year or even the terrorist attacks done with vehicles or knives. It doesn't matter. Always goes back to guns. The terrorist attack in Nice that happened not long ago was done with a truck and that person killed 77 with it. Lets go to china. 2014. 29 killed by dudes with knives. http://www.cnn.com/2014/03/01/world/asia/china-railway-attack/index.html.Guess with so little people dying, nobody wants to argue about it.
Chicago being my go to example.
How is it not given the strict gun laws there and how many murders occur a week by gun not counting for those injured? And that's not a factual or accurate example.
