Here's the thing, if you say something like being a 'rock star' in a mostly black conservative "chat forum" that's part of the problem. Normal people don't talk like that. And considering the way you present yourself here, I sincerely doubt you belong to a "mostly black" chat forum in the first place.

That screams "I have a Canadian girlfriend!"

Nice spout off.

I challenge you to find even one thing I've said in here that wouldn't be accepted in a Conservative Black setting. In fact, I double-sly-dog dare ya.

And I dare you to post a link to this supposed black conservative forum where you've been accepted.

You guys are using different definitions of racism. You by the book and dviss by the vernacular.

And that's fine. He can define it however he wants, but holding bigoted opinions about any race is bad. Full stop. There's no excuse for it.

Fine. We can have this argument again. You continue to make generalized and bigoted statements about white people. And if I did the same thing you would scream bloody murder. You freaked the fuck out about the use of the word "boy." The fact that you can't see how this is wrong is, again your favorite phrase, cognitive dissonance.

Freaked the fuck out. That's what y'all do when a black person speaks up... I said that in the calmest way it couldn't been said. It was a helpful tool that again, you simply cannot bring yourself to even think about employing... Yet you'll classify me simply speaking up as a "freak out".

That feeling you're feeling right now, it's called white fragility. It's the reason you get upset when someone generalizes white people...

It's the same kind of response when someone says "me too" and it's met by a "not all men".

Compartmentalize. That's not what racism is. You have very skewed view of something that you'll never experience.

You are so hateful towards white people it's ridiculous. And the worst part is that you're not even aware of it.

Look inward.

Bullshit!

I don't make comments like this

That's typical of white males in this country.

That feeling you're feeling right now, it's called white fragility. It's the reason you get upset when someone generalizes white people...

You need to look inward. You're the one who is generalizing an entire race of people. You're the one who seems to think it's okay to bash an entire race of people. I don't hate black people and I don't generalize black people. I don't like hypocrites and I don't like people who think it's okay to be bigoted as long as it's against white people. You need to look in a mirror.

No, I know who my oppressor is.

No, I know who my oppressor is.

So I'm your oppressor because I think it's bullshit that you openly make bigoted generalizations about another race?

I'm tired of people looking a blind eye to this behavior, or outright encouraging it. You're not a good person. The fact that you're probably passing this hate on to your son is even more disgusting. I don't teach my daughter to hate anyone. I don't teach her to look at any race differently. You're teaching your kid that it's okay to hate and/or blame white people and that's fucked up. You're the one perpetuating hate. Not me.

White isn't a race. It's a construct. You are not white. Get out of your feelings when white people are brought up.

Y'all wanna call us African American but no one calls y'all European American.

You are not from here. Your people are not indigenous to this land.

I ask "white" people all the time: Where are your people originally from? You have the privilege of being able to trace your family history back to Europe I'm sure. Well, even though US racism originated there, those people don't call themselves white.

The term white is completely and purely an American construct. It was created because the divide and conquer strategy works. Look at our country now. Even the Merriam-Webster's Dictionary defines white as "honest" and "pure". It defines black as "wicked" and "evil". This was planned so now that even Irish and Italian people, who would never refer to each other as white, call themselves this now. Even Jewish people, 6 million of which were rounded up and killed because they were NOT part of the "master race", now call themselves white in America...

How did this happen? It was planned and people are falling for this divide-and-conquer strategy. When I say "abolish whiteness" I'm saying tear down this system that defines me as something I'm NOT in an effort to divide us and oppress me. Call yourself what you are because white isn't a heritage. It is simply a term that was made up by a group of RACIST, European, land-stealing, enslaving males that wanted to keep their women in subjugation while dividing and conquering the people that look like me.

Funny how you don't even know how white supremacist this comment is.

The action of exposing racism is in itself not only not racist, it's anti-racism.

White people created an entire economic system on the pillars of racism, slavery, and genocide.

Speaking that truth isn't racist... Making it illegal to teach it to your own children because you're so ashamed of it... Is...

Holy fuck dude..... this has absolutely nothing to do with you taking a group of people and making bigoted statements about them. What are you even talking about?

If you don't think people should be called white or black, why the hell are you making statements like "That's typical of white males in this country."

So far if I'm keeping score you have called me an oppressor and a white supremacist. And this is based entirely on the color of my skin and because I think it's bullshit that you make generalized bigoted comments about another race. You're lost man. Completely lost.

Right. People who refer to themselves as white and are proud of that constructed term (created so you and I couldn't even have this conversation) are proud of the history behind it. History that is racism, slavery, genocide, and separatism. If you want to be proud of that be my guest.

Even people from great Britain don't call themselves white. They call themselves British. People who subscribe to the term, subscribe to the divide and conquer strategy. You can look up your history and find out exactly where your people come from. Do the work and you will know your heritage because it surely isn't "white" nor is mine black.

I'm FORCED latch onto the term black. While y'all call us African American there are 54 countries there and that history has been stolen from us.
We cannot trace our history to our country of origin...

Decolonize your mind. You still think you and I are different races...

Then stop talking about white people!

Do you think I want to categorize? There's a little check box that I have to choose on government forms, on jobs, on surveys.... fucking everywhere. I don't even want to pick it. I'm not proud of the color my skin. Just like I'm not proud of my hair color or my eye color or my shoe size. But in America I'm categorized as white/Caucasian. So when you're talking about white men, I'm part of that group. Not by choice. I was born into it. I don't appreciate you making generalizations about me. I don't appreciate you making generalizations about how I feel about black people. I don't like that you make generalizations about how I feel about my own race.

I don't find him hateful and I am white.

Congratulations. If I changed his statements to this, how would you feel then?

"That's typical of women in this country."
"That's typical of gay people in this country."
"That feeling you're feeling right now, it's called female fragility. It's the reason you get upset when someone generalizes women..."

Stop... What a fucking cop out... You are NOT white. You were told you are white. Anything learned can be unlearned.
You and only yours can stop this racist hatred and oppression that happens to my people. If you're not racist, stop the people who are...

It's bullshit to take the easy road out in this caste system. Only black people can solve our internal problems, but the outside systems that continue to oppress us must be recognized and abolished. And it must be people like you to do it.

"White folks know they all they need to know. They know they don't want to be black in America."

Man, you're angry. lol
I liked his comments because I agree with the majority of what he is saying and has said on here in the past.
White fragility is very real. I remember very early on with a lot of the decentralizing and what not training I've done through school, it hits you where you start to get angryor defensive about being blamed, until you take a step back. Then you see the same tired excuses trotted out a lot. Well, I didn't own slaves, why don't they get over it. Well I didn't do any lynching. Well I didn't...yadda yadda yadda.
And, I just disagree that generalizing white people is somehow on par with the general racism we see every day in our society towards the global majority.
