I have a feeling that this is going to be a persistent topic of conversation until the trade deadline.
Couple things to get out of the way
I went back and looked. LMA was 27 when we drafted Dame. Grant is 29 so he's a couple years older. Is it worth it to keep Grant and have a fringe All-Star caliber player to put with Scoot and Sharpe?
I'm super curious to see how he plays with Scoot and Sharpe. Here are Grant's numbers from last year.
20 ppg
4.5 rebounds
2.4 assists
47.5% from the field
40% from three.
16 PER
117 ORtg
120 DRtg

- We aren't going to pull the offer.
- Grant isn't going to do a sign-and-trade because he specifically held out until this summer to get that 5th year and he can't get a 5th year in a sign-and-trade.
