Depends on your definition of the word "conditioner." And that of the word "use."

In vast quantities, usually in screw-top pounder cans, mostly so we can pee in them and trick Ewoks into drinking it.

Fleas? Not as much as we used to, thanks to Hartz merging with the ammunition bandoleer manufacturing company.

Shedding can be an issue, but it shouldn't be too bad yet in February. Late March or early April, bring extra lint roller refills.

No certain spot needed, nor does it necessarily need to be on the belly.
