Hey, that tattoo looks like my hand holding my massive . . .

I find most Christians to be personable and easy to get along with. It's when they start talking politics that I don't enjoy conversing with them.
That depends on the Christian. You don't mind discussing politics with me, do you? I'll bet you'd get along politically with most Episcopalians who have women and gay priests.

Not at all, but I think our politics align fairly well.

I don’t have a problem with my views being challenged. The problem I have discussing politics with some Christians is when they inevitably reference their God and the Bible as a sort of an end-all be-all. I mean, how can you go any further when the other person says something like, “God told us to do this, and the Bible backs me on that”? It goes nowhere after that.

I don't have a problem with my views being challenged either. I love to argue. It's fun. It can be taxing too. I am very open minded. Its hard to argue with someone on the other side of the spectrum who is cemented in their thoughts and beliefs unmovingly so. I will say I have an appreciation of someone standing strong with their convictions. I dig that.

Religion can be a two sided sword. I grew up going to church. My mother was/is very religious(interestingly she isn't conservative)(My dad was the conservative one). I grew up baptist/protestant but also practiced some Judaism (My mother was adopted by a Jewish family). I have found value in what I have learned from both religions. As an Adult, I am not overtly religious. I don't go to church every Sunday (I go on occasion) or read the Bible daily, etc.

Neither though am I agnostic or an atheist. I believe there is a God (or at least something greater than us). I live by some of the values instilled in the Bible and in other religions. Be good people. Do good. Don't kill or steal or be a stupid ass.

Religion can be a force for good. It can also be misused. For example it can be used to justify prejudice, racism, or violence. Like all these supremacist groups that are supposedly Christian and say God has ordained the white race as superior and shit.

Conservative Christians often cite the Bible to back up their political views. "The Bible says abortion is wrong." Nope, it doesn't. The word abortion never shows up in the Bible. I might hear exodus cited, saying striking pregnant women or causing miscarriages leads to the death penalty or getting hands cut off and shit. That's not abortion.

Immigration is another part of politics I find ironic when it comes to Christians. According to the Bible we are supposed to love one another and care for each other, and all that morality stuff. But, when it comes to immigrants that goes out the door?

But, hey I digress. Not all Christians are misguided. I know some people who are Christians who are really good people. I think freedom of religion is awesome. Religion can be good. I just hate to see it abused.

You probably wouldn't have much luck getting atheists to pray with you either.

In my life, I have met only two families that truly tried to live in a Christ-like manner, and they were beautiful, kind, sensitive people. Both were Republicans, but their true Christianity was what guided them. Admirable.

I find my Jewish friends to be mostly good people who try to be kind, do right and who are moistly generous and menshy - although a few are real egomaniacal jerks. As in life I suppose. I am biased of course.

What's the advantage of being moist and generous over being mostly generous?

We were visiting my sister in-law last month when we saw her friend (also my wife’s frenemy) at a family gathering. When my wife and I was getting ready to leave, this frenemy handed me a note with my wife standing nearby. On the drive back, I gave my wife the note to read. Saw the look on my wife and knew it was something bad. It was an invitation to subscribe to her OnlyFans account lol. My wife was like, “OK, that was the last time we’ll see her.” I, of course, being the jackass that I am, blurted out, “with clothes on!” Oh man, if looks could kill, I’d have been dead on the spot.

The frenemy is a Vietnamese singer. No shows since the pandemic started so things have been difficult for a lot of them. Have no clue how much people make on OnlyFans, but she’s in her 40’s and not all that attractive so I’m doubtful her income is all that great.
You're dog meat, buddy. I can't think of enough different ways to say I'm sorry to get you out of the dog house.

If she has to pass out invites it can't be too good

She has a fairly sizable following on social media. Bunch of old pervs, I'll bet.

Hmm, maybe @Lanny would like to subscribe.
Maybe. I find all Asian women generally attractive and none more so than Vietnamese. However, I'm really stuck on a certain Korean woman. She's got all my heart now and forever more.
