Text is decent. Pic - I hate that pic. You could probably mess with it a bit to make it look better though. The background isn't bad, but doesn't look natural. Lighting is pretty good too.

I got that same somment when I used the pic and I didn't nothing to it. People just think it's out of perspective. It is out of perspective, it looks like it was shot from below with a wide angle lens, so the wall has to be modeled accordingly for it to look right.
