Snapper Jones?? Where is he?

Does anyone know the whereabouts of Steve Snapper Jones, former PTB guard and broadcaster??

I heard he was sick a few years back and it forced him to stop travelling for NBC/ABC/ESPN (IIRC) but haven't heard since.

Anyone know?

Someone asked this a couple months ago. He sold his house over here in NorthEast a couple years ago. was on his way down to be a commentator for the Rockets, then they hired Rick Adelman........ they don't get along. SO he ended turning down that gig but did move there. He lives in Houston and I have no idea what he is up to/. Last time we talked was at 24 hr in Hollywood. He looked good.
