My only question is why hasn't kanter re-signed yet? You know philly isn't gonna go after him so it's pretty much Portland or bust on the open market.

Because all that blather about the Thunder being ready to match a big offer is just hot air. Given their history for frugality, I really believe they are running a con...and it is in Kanter's interest to play along, as it may draw a panic offer from a team with more cap space than sense.
