Today vs. Blue Jays:

Saw an article on some of the pending "improvements" to MLB slated for 2020. Also saw an article with some moron thinking that MLB should go to split seasons. Yep a first half, then a second. . There would be two opening days and more teams would have a chance to make the playoffs. Say for example a team has a bad first half they could win in the 2nd. In my view each team already has 162 chances to make the playoffs. If a team is not snuff for a run tough shit, get better management & players. Bad enough that successful teams haves to revenue share with the "po folks". Can't piss with the big dogs then stay on the porch.

If the asshat who came up with the idea 4a split-season wants to implement Hockey rules, then break out the penalty box, and allow checking along the boards / (outer periphery) of the field, and banish the Utley rule while allowing checking on the base paths.

Of course fighting will become a major part of the game. While game times will exceed 5 hours....

I guess they could get rid of the catcher and put a goal behind home plate...

Here in the burbs of New York City the springlike temps could not keep me from the flower/plant shows on exhibit.
Had a great day. Just hate following a ST Yankee game that ends in a”kissing your sister” outcomes.

How about playing baseball on ice......then they all can fall on their asses. That should put
an end to all these rule changes!

It looks like Cesspool has made the Yankee rotation.......on the basis of his four inning stints this spring.
I thought a starting pitcher had to pitch 5 innings to be a legit starter! Or does this fall under ‘new league
changes’?

Luis Severino will not Pitch in a Major League Game until at least May 1st as per Brian Cashman.
 
German starting today, more fearful than Boners managing. Severino unavailable till May, does that mean Cashman does Dallas? The season smells like shit and we're still one week away from opening day.
 
Really, who makes the decisions that German is major league ready?
 
Again, another season about to begin and pitching is up in the air......no different from last year....
only difference is different players than last year. And I do not see Boner being any different than
last year......he still will be blowing bubbles with his gum!

CC should have retired. I’m not sure how he can help this team.....but Yankee GM crosses his fingers when
it comes to pitching decisions.
 
Is David Cone Luke Voit’s agent? Cone goes on and on with this guy. I still think Voit cannot hit the good breaking pitch.
We know he can hit the fast ball. Looks ordinary against the curve & sliders.

Yankees better find a way to get this Pearce guy out! Trashbin did not like him when he was a Yankee in 2012.
